1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a payment through the membership payment gateway, you agree to comply withthese Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership Payments
Membership fees must be paid online through the authorized payment gateway only
Payment confirmation is subject to successful transaction status received from thepayment gateway
A digital receipt will be generated after successful payment
3. Payment Status
Success: Amount is successfully credited and membership is activated
Pending: Transaction is under processing; membership activation willoccur after confirmation
Failure: Amount is not debited or will be auto-reversed as per bank orpayment gateway rules
4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
In case of duplicate payments, members must contact support with valid transactiondetails
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly as per payment gateway rules andorganizational policy
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Membership fees are Non-Refundable
Once the payment is successfully completed, no cancellation or refund will be allowed
Refunds will be considered only if explicitly stated in writing by the organization orin cases of proven technical errors confirmed by the payment gateway
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within the standardprocessing timeline of the payment gateway
6. Transaction Records
Members are responsible for maintaining a copy of their payment receipt
The organization is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect detailsprovided by the member during payment
7. System Availability
The payment gateway may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technicalissues
The organization shall not be held responsible for payment failures caused by internetissues, bank downtime, or third-party gateway problems
8. Limitation of Liability
The organization shall not be liable for unauthorized use of user credentials
Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to payment transactions
9. Modifications to Terms
The organization reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.Continued use of the payment gateway implies acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with thelaws of India.
